  7. The DigiCHANNEL PC/16i is an intelligent multichannel communication board
  8. with a 16-port I/O configuration.  With 128 KB of zero wait state static RAM
  9. (expandable to 512 KB); a 12.5 MHz processor (upgradeable to 16 MHz); and a
  10. variety of I/O configurations, the board provides top performance and the
  11. programmability needed for tailored applications.  An optional synchronous
  12. channel can be added to provide synchronous support for such applications as
  13. PC-to-mainframe communications.  An I/O Mate Connection Box supports RS-232
  14. communications, DTE and DCE configuration, or RS-422 for the 16-port board.
  15. Up to 4 boards can be used in a system, allowing a capacity of 64 ports.
  16. DigiWARE driver software supports SCO UNIX and other multi-user operating
  17. systems, as well as MS-DOS and OS/2.
